Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to join a dynamic school setting in Hope (S33). This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to make a positive difference through sport and physical education, helping pupils stay active, engaged, and motivated.
Role Overview:
As a Sports Coach, you will lead PE sessions, support class-based activities, and encourage pupils to develop teamwork, resilience, and a healthy lifestyle. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to deliver structured and engaging physical activities across a range of sports and age groups.
As a Sports Coach, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering a variety of sports and physical activities during and after school.
- Supporting pupils in developing physical skills and promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship.
- Assisting class teachers in PE lessons or classroom settings where needed.
- Managing groups of students and encouraging positive behaviour and active participation.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils during physical activities.
Requirements for Sports Coach:
- Background in sports coaching, physical education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children or young people in a school, coaching, or youth work setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, energetic, and engaging approach.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full, up-to-date CV, with 10 years explanations for any employment gaps.
