Location: Enfield
Salary: £90 - £105 per day
Contract: Long Term | Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:15 am – 3:45 pm
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing primary school in Enfield.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • ✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH

  • ✅ Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • ✅ Collaborate with class teachers and SENCO to promote inclusive learning

  • ✅ Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development

  • ✅ Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment

  • ✅ Record pupil progress and support communication with families

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (preferred)

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to learning support

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment

  • Relevant SEN training or qualifications are a bonus
