Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Wandsworth
Salary: £85 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term

GSL Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive SEN school in Wandsworth. The setting supports pupils with a range of needs including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism (ASC), and SEMH. Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and small group support for pupils with SEN.

Assist with implementing personalised learning plans.

Encourage engagement and independence in learning.

Support pupils with daily care and behavioural needs.
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a SEN setting is preferable.

Patient, nurturing, and resilient.

Able to work full-time during term time (Monday to Friday).

Team player who collaborates effectively with school staff.
