Behavioural Needs Teaching Assistant – Join a Fantastic Primary School in Stratford

Location: Stratford
Pay: £90 – £105 per day
Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Contract: Full-time | Long-term | Ad hoc roles also available
Start Date: ASAP


Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with behavioural needs? We’re working with a highly regarded primary school in Stratford that is looking for a Behavioural Needs Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.


✨ About the Role:

  • Provide targeted 1:1 and group support to pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.

  • Foster a structured, calm, and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to implement behaviour support strategies.

  • Help children develop emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence.
