GSL Education are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and reliable Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming school in Barnsley. This role is ideal for a Primary School Teacher who thrives on nurturing young learners and is committed to delivering high-quality education.
As a Primary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
- Working closely with support staff, parents, and school leadership.
- Contributing to the wider school life, including events, meetings, and planning sessions.
Requirements for Primary School Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with all employment gaps explained.
