Job Title: Primary ECT (Early Career Teacher)
Location: Louth
Salary: £120 – £130 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a motivated and committed Primary ECT to join a nurturing school in Louth. This Primary ECT role offers an excellent platform for an Early Career Teacher to gain valuable classroom experience and grow in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities as a Primary ECT:
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to support their learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues, mentors, and support staff.
- Take part in assessment, reporting, and pupil progress tracking.
- Embrace professional development and contribute to the school’s wider activities.
Requirements for the Primary ECT role:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering inclusive and inspiring primary education.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, including explanations for any gaps.
