Job Title: Primary ECT (Early Career Teacher)
Location: Immingham
Salary: £120 – £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time, Long-Term / Day-to-Day

About the Role:

As a Primary ECT, you will take responsibility for delivering engaging, well-planned lessons that encourage progress and build pupil confidence. Whether you are looking for a short-term supply role to gain experience or a long-term opportunity to complete your induction, this role is tailored to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Assess, monitor and support pupils' academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and follow school policies and expectations.
  • Show enthusiasm and commitment to your growth as a Primary ECT.

Requirements for the Primary ECT Role:

  • Hold or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and take on feedback to improve your practice.
  • A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
