Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Rotherham
Payrate: £155 - £220 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Are you a passionate linguist eager to inspire the next generation? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join secondary schools in Rotherham from September 2025. We are looking for specialists in French, Spanish, or German who can engage students and bring language learning to life.
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality language lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5, if applicable)
• Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment
• Encourage active participation and cultural appreciation
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching accordingly
• Collaborate with staff to enhance the MFL curriculum
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
• Specialism in French, Spanish, or German
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (preferred)
• A DBS registered on the Update Service
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to student development and safeguarding
