Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Maltby
Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Maltby from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape young minds and foster a lifelong love for English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Promote high standards of literacy, comprehension, and written expression.
- Inspire students to explore classic and modern texts with enthusiasm.
- Track and support pupil progress through assessments and feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school literacy initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in English or related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
- A commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding practices.
- Enthusiasm to support learners of all abilities and backgrounds.
