Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Maltby
Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day
Start Date: September 2025

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages scientific inquiry.
  • Assess student progress and provide effective feedback.
  • Support students of varying abilities and learning needs.
  • Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and resources.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Science or a relevant subject.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring curiosity in young learners.
