Key Responsibilities of Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Secondary or SEN:
- Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of your students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all learners.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to support individual development.
- Participate in school life, including extracurricular activities and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times.
Essential Qualifications for Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Secondary or SEN:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (for those completing training in 2025).
- A strong commitment to inclusive education and a passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn, reflect, and grow within your role.
- Ability to provide a ten-year career history with references covering the last two years, including your most recent placement or academic experience.
