About the Role
- Location: Secondary school in Totton
- Start: September 2025 or as soon as you're available
- Setting: Resource Base supporting students with EHCPs, particularly those with SEN and Speech & Language needs

Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored learning and support consistent with EHCP objectives
- Provide one‑to‑one or small group interventions for SEN and speech & language targets
- Liaise with teaching staff, SENCO, therapists, and parents to support progress
- Monitor, record, and report on achievements and adapt strategies as needed
- Promote a culture of resilience, respect, kindness, and high aspiration aligned with the school ethos
