About the Role

  • Location: Secondary school in Totton
  • Start: September 2025 or as soon as you're available
  • Setting: Resource Base supporting students with EHCPs, particularly those with SEN and Speech & Language needs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored learning and support consistent with EHCP objectives
  • Provide one‑to‑one or small group interventions for SEN and speech & language targets
  • Liaise with teaching staff, SENCO, therapists, and parents to support progress
  • Monitor, record, and report on achievements and adapt strategies as needed
  • Promote a culture of resilience, respect, kindness, and high aspiration aligned with the school ethos
