Role Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the school by:
- Supervising classes during the absence of the regular class teacher.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson content and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Reporting on student progress, participation, and any behavioural issues.
- Building positive relationships with students and fostering a calm and productive learning environment.
- Supporting the wider school team with administrative tasks, supervision duties, or extracurricular activities where required.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals who:
