Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Gainsborough
Salary Range: £130 to £180 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-time/Part-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting a caring and creative EYFS Teacher to join welcoming early years setting in Gainsborough. With roles starting in September, we offer both flexible daily supply and long-term placements to suit your availability and teaching style.
As an Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher (EYFS), you’ll be instrumental in laying the foundations for children's academic and social development in a supportive and stimulating setting.
As an EYFS Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering interactive lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Supporting children’s development in communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal, social and emotional skills.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming classroom environment.
- Observing and assessing individual progress to inform next steps.
- Collaborating with teaching assistants, SENCOs and parents to support holistic development.
- Promoting independence, creativity and confidence in every child.
Skills & Requirements for an EYFS Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.
- Ability to build warm, positive relationships with young children and their families.
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
- An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years with any gaps clearly explained.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
