Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Dinnington
Salary: £95 - £120 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, energetic, and inclusive sports culture within the school, encouraging pupils to develop both their physical skills and personal confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons and a wide range of sports activities.
- Foster teamwork, resilience, and respect among students through structured training sessions.
- Support students in achieving personal fitness goals and discovering new sports interests.
- Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and school competitions.
- Create a safe and supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to participate and challenge themselves.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting healthy lifestyles and personal growth.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to integrate sports and physical activity into the broader school ethos.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working as a Sports Coach, PE Teaching Assistant, or in a similar sports-focused educational role.
- Strong understanding of various sports and physical education frameworks.
- Relevant coaching certifications or a PE-related qualification (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate young people.
- A genuine passion for developing pupils’ physical and social skills through sport.
- Ability to manage and energise groups effectively, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
