Location: Enfield
Salary: £90 - £105 per day
Contract: Long Term, Full Time
Hours: 8:15 am – 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school community in Enfield.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
✅ Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
✅ Help develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
✅ Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
✅ Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development.
✅ Record and monitor progress, sharing feedback with teachers and parents.
✅ Assist with classroom management and behaviour support when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (preferred).

A patient, empathetic, and caring attitude.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.

Relevant qualifications or SEN training are an advantage.
