Join as SEMH Resourced Provision Lead Coach – Secondary (Fareham)
Role Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate and creative Lead Coach to join a dedicated SEMH Resourced Provision team at a supportive secondary school in Fareham. You’ll design and deliver both educational and therapeutic programmes, working 1:1 and in small groups to overcome social, emotional, and mental health barriers to learning.
- Support students across Years 7–11, either in provision or mainstream settings
- “Case‑hold” your own cohort of pupils, helping them transition into and throughout school life
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and external professionals to build holistic support pathways
What You’ll Bring
- Strong empathy, excellent communication, and a creative approach to learning
- Warm, patient demeanour and resilience under pressure
- Effective planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Understanding of SEMH challenges (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
