About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a key role in helping pupils thrive academically and socially. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to support learning activities, encourage positive behaviour, and create a nurturing classroom atmosphere.

Your responsibilities as Teaching Assistant (TA) will include:

  • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to Year 3 pupils.
  • Provide individual and small group support to help children reach their full potential.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Work alongside teaching staff and school leadership to ensure consistent support for all learners.
