Primary Teacher
Location: Brigg
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long Term; Full-time / Part-time

As a Primary School Teacher, you will inspire young learners through creative teaching, tailored support, and a commitment to inclusive education. You’ll work closely with staff and families to ensure pupils are progressing both academically and emotionally.

Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Support students in reaching their academic and developmental milestones.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and interventions.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents to support all learners.
  • Encourage curiosity, confidence, and resilience in pupils.

What we need from a Primary Teacher:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 across UK primary schools.
  • Strong understanding of primary curriculum and assessment standards.
  • Excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills.
  • A nurturing, creative, and adaptable teaching style.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
