Working Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
✏️ What You’ll Do:

Support the school’s SEND provision, working with children with various special educational needs.

Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual student needs.

Be flexible and willing to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Engage students to promote their social, emotional, and academic growth.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with SEN students.

Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.

A genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different students and classrooms.

Confidence working with students who may be hyperactive or display challenging behaviours.
