Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Clacton-on-Sea
Pay Rate: £100 – £200 per day
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support schools in Clacton-on-Sea. A perfect role for those considering teaching or seeking classroom-based work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supervise students and maintain focus during pre-set lessons
• Ensure a calm and controlled classroom environment
• Handle minor behaviour issues and encourage participation
• Report lesson outcomes to school staff
• Be a consistent and positive presence in the classroom
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Previous school or youth work experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive and professional approach to challenges
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
