Location: Andover
Salary Scale: £82.80 to £100 per day

What You’ll Do as a SEND Teaching Assistant:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
- Work closely with teachers to tailor learning strategies
- Foster academic, emotional, and social development
- Help create an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with SEND (in school, care, or voluntary settings)
- Calm, adaptable, and empathetic nature
- Genuine desire to support inclusive education
- Confidence in working with pupils with special needs

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
