Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
As a SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will play a crucial role in helping students develop both academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance tailored to each student’s needs.
- Support students in developing essential life and vocational skills.
- Encourage participation in community-based learning and social activities.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individual learning plans.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating space for learning.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to student reviews and planning.
Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
We’re looking for compassionate, proactive individuals who are committed to making a difference. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with SEN, particularly in a post-16 setting.
- A caring, patient, and understanding approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
- Relevant training or qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
