Location: Bexhill
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner looking to make a lasting impact in a nurturing Nursery environment?
GSL Education are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive setting in Bexhill from September. This full-time, long-term role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a genuine love for supporting young children’s development.
Role Overview:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help to deliver high-quality early years education through creative, play-based learning. You will work alongside a dedicated team to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child feels valued.
Responsibilities for Nursery Practitioner:
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating environment.
- Assist in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to observations and assessments to monitor progress.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hold a recognised Early Years qualification.
- Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Be patient, enthusiastic, and committed to child-centred practice.
- Provide a full, up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with any gaps explained).
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
