Salary: £120 – £200 per day (Depending on experience)

Your Mission
As an SEN Teacher focusing on Autism and PMLD, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised and engaging learning experiences. Your goal is to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom where every student is empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You'll Do as SEN Teacher
- Design and implement tailored learning plans for students with Autism and PMLD.
- Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to meet a wide range of learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting approaches as needed.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic development.
- Promote a classroom culture of respect, empathy, and inclusion.
- Stay informed on best practices and developments in SEN education.
- Encourage the development of communication, independence, and life skills.
What You Bring as SEN Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with Autism and/or PMLD.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies, communication systems (e.g., PECS, Makaton), and sensory integration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
- Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding practices.
