Job Title: Primary Teacher – EYFS to KS2
Location: Hailsham
Pay Rate: £120 to £200 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

A welcoming primary school in Hailsham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in September 2025, ideal for a teacher who thrives on variety and enjoys helping children flourish at every stage of their primary education.

About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a love of learning in your pupils. You’ll be working across different year groups, adapting your teaching to meet the needs of each class and ensuring continuity in learning.

Key Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support pupils of all abilities to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and follow school policies and curriculum plans.
  • Maintain excellent classroom management and safeguarding standards.

What You’ll Need for Primary Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • A flexible, proactive, and positive approach.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • An up-to-date CV and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
