Salary: £86 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with a passion for supporting young children during their formative years?
GSL Education are currently seeking a caring and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years to contribute to children’s development in a warm and stimulating environment.
Role Overview:
As a Early Years Practitioner (EYP), you’ll be supporting children aged 0–5 in their daily learning and routines. From play-based activities to guided learning, you’ll help provide a safe, engaging space where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities as Early Years Practitioner:
- Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Assist in planning and leading age-appropriate activities.
- Observe and record children’s progress and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements for Early Years Practitioner:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- A kind, patient, and proactive approach to learning and care.
- A full, up-to-date CV and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
