As a History Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging History lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4.

Inspiring students to develop a strong understanding of historical events, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Contributing to the wider Humanities department and supporting cross-curricular projects.

Monitoring student progress and providing targeted feedback to support improvement.

Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
To be considered for the History Teacher role, you must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Have experience teaching History in UK secondary schools, ideally at KS3 and KS4.

Be a confident communicator with effective classroom management skills.

Be passionate about supporting student development both academically and personally.
