Location: Barton-upon-Humber
Salary: £120 – £180 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Full-time / Part-time

Role Overview:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a range of abilities. You will help nurture a positive learning environment, encourage student progress, and work collaboratively with colleagues to promote high standards across the school.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the academic and emotional development of all pupils.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policy.
  • Provide regular feedback to students, staff, and parents/carers.
  • Participate in wider school initiatives and continuous professional development.

Requirements for Primary Teacher:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Demonstrate experience teaching at primary level.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to raising pupil achievement and wellbeing.
  • Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
