Job Title: Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Salary: £120 – £140 per day (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
As an ECT, you will be supported in delivering high-quality lessons tailored to a variety of learning needs. You’ll be working alongside experienced educators, receive mentoring, and have access to structured professional development to help you build a strong foundation in your teaching career.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and inclusive lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Establish a safe and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
- Assess children’s progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with staff, mentors, and leadership to support student development.
- Uphold the school’s values and contribute to a positive school culture.
Requirements for Early Career Teacher:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Passionate about education and committed to continuous professional growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teaching.
- Willingness to embrace feedback and reflect on practice.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
