Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £120 – £180 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Full-time / Part-time

Role Overview:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, support children’s development, and work collaboratively with staff and families to ensure pupils’ success.

Responsibilities for Primary Teacher:

  • Deliver well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
  • Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere where all learner feel valued and inspired.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents/carers to support learning.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Previous teaching experience in a primary setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
