Rate: £120 to £180 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher in Grimsby, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student population. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student learning.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff development opportunities.
  • Uphold the school’s values and contribute to a positive school culture.

Requirements of Primary Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting is essential.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

  • The right to work in the UK.
  • An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years.
  • An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
