Primary Teacher
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £120 – £180 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire young minds and support pupils' academic and personal development. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team focused on creating a safe, inclusive and encouraging environment for learning.

Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the national curriculum across KS1 and KS2
  • Differentiate learning to cater for a variety of abilities and learning styles
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes progress and curiosity
  • Monitor and assess pupil achievement, providing constructive feedback
  • Promote good behaviour and positive attitudes to learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leaders
  • Support school events, extracurricular activities, and enrichment opportunities
  • Maintain high standards of classroom organisation and presentation
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times

Requirements for Primary School Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
  • Recent teaching experience within UK primary schools is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of the primary national curriculum
  • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, reflective, and passionate approach to teaching
  • Updated CV and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
