Job Title: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: Scunthorpe
Salary: £120 – £140 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Full-time / Part-time

Role Overview:
As an ECT, you will be supported in planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons while developing strong classroom management and teaching strategies. This role gives you the chance to work with supportive, experienced educators while continuing to grow and develop in your teaching journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support learning.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic outcomes.
Requirements for Early Career Teacher:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- A recent graduate or teacher with limited classroom experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
