Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Location: St Leonards
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and inclusive nursery in St Leonards. This is a full-time position offering immediate start and the chance to make a real impact in early childhood development.
About the Role:
You’ll be working with children aged 0–5, supporting their development through play, routines, and structured learning. The role involves close teamwork, creativity, and a strong understanding of early years development.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, and sleep

Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and play

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Promote a safe, engaging and supportive environment

Monitor and record children’s development in line with EYFS
Requirements:

Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Childcare preferred)

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
-
A calm, caring, and enthusiastic personality

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
