Salary: £88.94 – £104.84 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are currently looking for a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join schools in Gainsborough - DN21. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development within a caring and inclusive setting.
Role Overview:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support classroom activities, assist pupils individually or in groups, and help create an engaging learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering learning activities tailored to pupil needs.
- Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
- Help manage behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils as required.
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements for Level 2 Teaching Assistant:
- Relevant experience or Level 2 qualification desirable.
- Patient, approachable, and committed to supporting children’s learning.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and a proactive attitude towards your role.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
