Salary: £88.94 – £104.84 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to work in vibrant primary school settings in Gainsborough. This role is ideal for someone looking to support classroom learning, build relationships with students, and contribute positively to a school community.
Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to support the delivery of high-quality education. Your role will include assisting in lesson preparation, providing targeted support to individuals and groups, and helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities under the guidance of the teacher.
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.
- Help manage behaviour positively in line with school expectations.
- Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all learners.
Requirements for Teaching Assistants:
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience).
- A positive, patient, and caring approach to supporting children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to support pupils with varied learning needs.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
