SEN Teacher – Watford
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Contract: One-year fixed term

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are working with a welcoming and supportive school in Watford seeking a talented SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a one-year fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will work closely with a team of experienced SEN professionals to deliver high-quality, tailored education for students with a range of additional needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons, supporting individual education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive.

Key requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience working in an SEN environment, ideally with ASD, SEMH, or MLD

  • Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
