SEND Teaching Assistant - Eastleigh– September Start!

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: £82.80 to £100 per day

About the SEND Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Help create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support SEND children 1:1 or in small groups
  • Assist with planning and delivering educational activities in and out of the classroom
  • Motivate, encourage, and support children’s learning and progress

 What is needed to be a SEND Teaching Assistant :

  •  Be flexible, proactive and patient
  • Be nurturing and caring in your approaches
  • Be able to communicate effectively within a team
  • Comfortable providing support for SEND children on a 1:1 level.
  • Have or are willing to obtain a DBS.
