SEND Teaching Assistant - Eastleigh– September Start!
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £82.80 to £100 per day

About the SEND Teaching Assistant Role:
- Help create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment
- Support SEND children 1:1 or in small groups
- Assist with planning and delivering educational activities in and out of the classroom
- Motivate, encourage, and support children’s learning and progress
What is needed to be a SEND Teaching Assistant :
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Be nurturing and caring in your approaches
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Comfortable providing support for SEND children on a 1:1 level.
- Have or are willing to obtain a DBS.
