Your SEN Teaching Assistant Role Will Include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting the delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Helping pupils overcome social and emotional barriers to learning
- Encouraging positive behaviour and participation in class
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and specialists
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for working with children with SEN
- Previous experience or a strong interest in SEN support
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Relevant qualifications or a desire to develop your skills
