Job Title: Year 3 Teacher
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £120 – £200 per day (depending on experience and pay scale)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education are currently seeking an experienced and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Eastbourne from September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a passionate educator looking to make a real difference in a Key Stage 2 classroom.

 

About the Role:

  • Full classroom responsibilities for a Year 3 class

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress

  • Working collaboratively with the KS2 team and support staff

  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

 

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

  • Have recent experience teaching in a primary setting, ideally in KS2

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and clear communication

  • Show commitment to supporting pupil achievement and wellbeing

  • Have a thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
