Location: Nottingham
Salary: £120 – £251 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a variety of vibrant and inclusive primary and secondary schools in Nottingham.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply to broaden your experience or a long-term position to begin your teaching career, we have a wide range of opportunities across primary, secondary, and SEND settings throughout Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

What you have to do as an Early Career Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide effective feedback
  • Promote positive behaviour and a love for learning
  • Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues, mentors, and support staff
  • Participate in school events, enrichment opportunities, and CPD sessions
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers
  • Contribute to school life while continuing your professional learning
  • Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies at all times

Requirements:

  • QTS achieved through a recognised teacher training programme
  • Positive classroom presence and the ability to engage learners
  • Sound understanding of the UK curriculum
  • Passion for education and supporting pupil development
  • Willingness to learn from experienced colleagues and receive feedback
  • Updated CV and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
