Science Teacher
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £120 – £251 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities of a Science Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons across Key Stages
- Plan and assess lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback
- Foster curiosity and a passion for scientific discovery
- Collaborate with teaching colleagues and support staff
- Support the wider school community and attend relevant meetings and events
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and child protection
Science Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent recognised qualification
- Specialism in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
- Recent experience teaching Science in UK schools
- Strong knowledge of the Science curriculum and exam specifications
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Passionate about promoting student progress and achievement
- A current, updated CV and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
