Are you an enthusiastic and caring individual with a passion for supporting young children in their earliest steps of learning? We’re looking for a Full-Time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Chelmsford this September!
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves working with little learners, has a hands-on approach, and thrives in a busy, playful classroom setting.
What you'll be doing:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning

Providing individual and group support to children across the Early Years setting

Assisting with classroom preparation, daily routines, and creative activities

Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
✅ You’ll need:

Recent experience working with children aged 3–5 (nursery or school setting)

A nurturing, energetic personality and great team spirit

A patient and proactive approach to learning support

A relevant TA qualification or childcare experience is preferred, but not essential
