Are you an enthusiastic and caring individual with a passion for supporting young children in their earliest steps of learning? We’re looking for a Full-Time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Chelmsford this September!

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves working with little learners, has a hands-on approach, and thrives in a busy, playful classroom setting.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning

  • Providing individual and group support to children across the Early Years setting

  • Assisting with classroom preparation, daily routines, and creative activities

  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

✅ You’ll need:

  • Recent experience working with children aged 3–5 (nursery or school setting)

  • A nurturing, energetic personality and great team spirit

  • A patient and proactive approach to learning support

  • A relevant TA qualification or childcare experience is preferred, but not essential
