Salary: £88.94 – £104.84 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join friendly and welcoming schools in Market Rasen. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils in their learning journey and contributing to a positive school environment.
Role Overview:
As a Level 1 Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching staff by assisting in the classroom, working with pupils in small groups or one-to-one, and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with the delivery of engaging learning activities.
- Support pupils with their educational and social development.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and routines.
- Work alongside the teacher to create a positive learning environment.
- Promote inclusion and encourage pupil independence.
Requirements for Level 1 Teaching Assistant:
- Hold a Level 1 TA qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
- A caring and patient nature, with enthusiasm for working with children.
- Ability to work well as part of a supportive team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
