Job Title: Key Stage 2 Teacher (KS2)
Location: Market Rasen
Salary: £120 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting a passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a nurturing and forward-thinking school in Market Rasen. This is a great opportunity for a committed educator to support the academic and emotional development of children in Key Stage 2.

Role Overview:

As a KS2 Teacher, you will plan, deliver and assess lessons that meet the needs of all learners, promote curiosity and ensure pupils reach their full potential.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver well-structured, engaging and differentiated lessons to KS2 pupils.
  • Maintain a stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and development.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a safe, respectful and inclusive school culture.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents and carers to ensure pupil success.

Requirements for KS2 Teacher:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
  • ECTs welcome to apply!
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 national curriculum is desirable.
  • Effective classroom management and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
