We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Chelmsford from September 2025. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that supports and challenges all learners

  • Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform planning

  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning, fostering positive relationships with pupils

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to achieve the best outcomes for pupils

  • Engage positively with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Recent teaching experience within a UK primary school (KS1 or KS2)

  • Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing teaching style

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective planning

  • A commitment to inclusive education, ensuring all pupils feel valued and supported

  • Good organisational, communication, and teamwork skills

  • A passion for inspiring children and helping them achieve their potential
