Salary: £88.94 – £114.84 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in Immingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on supporting children’s academic and emotional development within the classroom.
Role Overview:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a vital role in delivering tailored support to pupils, assisting teachers in lesson preparation, and helping to foster an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to pupils both 1:1 and in small groups.
- Assist in lesson delivery, preparation of resources, and classroom organisation.
- Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support children with additional needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Requirements for Level 3 TA :
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience supporting children in a primary school setting is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing, positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to meet the needs of different learners.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
