Salary: £120 - £180 per day (Depending on Experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-Day/Long-Term; Full-Time/Part-Time

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing students for their transition to secondary school. You’ll play a key role in developing their literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills, while also supporting their emotional and social growth through an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

Your Responsibilities as a Key Stage 2 Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum.
  • Promote excellent standards in reading, writing, math, and science.
  • Prepare students to ensure they make good progress.
  • Create a classroom culture of high expectations, achievement, and respect.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student attainment and development.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to support learning and well-being.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and carers.

Ideal KS2 Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will also be considered.
  • Previous UK experience teaching within a Key Stage 2 classroom is desirable.
  • Effective behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
